Students who wish to proceed with adding Physics as a second major or degree will be asked to complete the Declaration of Additional Major form on the CMNS website and have it signed by both their current advisor and an advisor in the Physics Department, and then return the form to the Dean’s Office at 1300 Symons Hall.
